The Dining Room

Wine is clearly the centrepiece at Les 110 de Taillevent Restaurant. A fine mixture of expertise is brought together to deliver what we believe to be the best expression of wine, food and space to our guest. Pierre-Yves Rochon designed our décor, inspired by the culture of wine in its most natural and convivial form.

The green of the bench seating evokes the vine while the walls are graced with frescos of vineyard landscapes in sepia tones, taking diners on a journey through chateaux, hillsides and valleys. A metal band encircles the oak tabletops as it would on a barrel.

A large screen wall of Bordeaux bottles, from Phélan-Ségur Estate, surround the bar, whose radiance is softly enhanced by subtle lighting, and mark the ambiance of the space.

A warm, understated interior enabling full play of the senses.

Naturally, oak was required, on both the floor and walls. It is oak, which patiently cradles the development of the top vintages, in the deepest of cellars.

The Bar

The bar is the beating heart of "Les 110 de Taillevent". Offering wine enthusiasts seven metres of oak topped by a zinc-style counter, the bar's design reflects the purest tradition of Paris bars. In an atmosphere entirely devoted to conviviality, wine lovers are at ease to explore the subtleties of the wines and appreciate their taste combinations with dishes devised by our Chef.

Comfortably seated on a swivel stool, it faces the 110 bottles arranged in refrigerated cabinets to the most suitable temperature for bottles they present. Advanced technology enables optimal preservation of wines served in glasses 7 or 14 cl.

More than 1800 wines are also offered on the wine list. The bar is the favorite place to discover a range of countless aromas and flavors from the best vineyards, highlighted by the most meticulous producers. Whether discoveries essential references or rarities, sommeliers 110 Taillevent are exchanged share and transmit their passion and expertise, providing a warm friendly atmosphere to the place. A collar of paper indicating the references of the wine tasted is placed on the stem of the glass during the service.
