Antonin Berger trained as a chef and became passionate about sommellerie and decided to make it his profession. He developed his expertise in the heart of the Anjou region for the grape harvest, then at Lavinia as a wine waiter, before joining the sommelier team at Les 110 de Taillevent in 2016. Combining his taste for cooking and his love for wine, Antonin Berger climbs the ladder over the months and wine lists, and becomes Head Sommelier of the restaurant Les 110 de Taillevent - Paris.
