The unique selection of wines by the glass is a real treasure for enthusiasts and the curious, looking for a wide variety of wines and wanting to appreciate the pairings with the dishes on the menu. The research is cutting-edge, elaborate and above all evolving: every month, around twenty pairings are renewed, thanks to the talent for discovery of our sommeliers. The privileged links maintained with winegrowers make it possible to highlight unique and yet affordable vintages, as well as to reveal the gems of tomorrow.
The sensory experience is divided into 4 accords. The Revelation Agreement reveals the know-how and expression of our winegrowers. The Serenity agreement offers references traditionally matched to the dishes offered, such as Sauternes with foie gras. The Audace agreement, on the contrary, comes as a surprise by contrasting the meaning of the dish, and is aimed at those looking to discover original terroirs or grape varieties. The Plenitude agreement offers wines at the peak of their maturity. On demand, the Secret agreement invites the customer to take part in the game of blind tasting: the wine is served in a black glass to fully concentrate on the aromas and flavors.
The cellar book of 2000 references, including more than 200 foreign ones (a rarity in Paris), makes it the place for all wine lovers. From organic wines to biodynamic wines and natural wines, everyone will be able to immerse themselves in the richness of grape varieties from around the world, appreciate the remarkable depth of the cellar going so far as to offer a vertical of large iconic estates, to retrace the evolution wines over the vintages.

Les 110 de Taillevent is open Monday to Friday for lunch (12pm-14pm) and dinner (19pm-22:30pm). Saturdays and Sundays for dinner (19 p.m. to 22:30 p.m.).
