The place

Wine plays the leading role at Les 110 restaurant in Taillevent. Everything comes together to ensure he gives the best of himself. On the threshold of 195 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the place immerses its guests in the refined and noble world of oenology.

The decor imagined by Pierre-Yves Rochon is inspired by wine culture in its most natural and friendly aspects. The green tones of the benches evoke the vine, while the shades of the armchairs refer to the earth. On the walls, frescoes offer views of the sepia-toned landscapes of the vineyards.

A journey between castles, hillsides and valleys... A metal strap surrounds the table top as it would on a barrel.

The space is punctuated by claustras of bottle walls with a shine delicately enhanced by subtle lighting. A warm sobriety to place the senses in the best possible mood. In the heart of Paris, a setting made of noble and living material was needed to accommodate the marriage of wine and gastronomy.

Obviously, oak stood out. On the floor and on the ceiling. It is he who slowly reveals the best wines to themselves deep in the cellars. It is also what will enhance your special moments of tasting.
