The team of sommeliers has acquired extensive experience at Taillevent or in the high places of French and foreign gastronomy. More than 100 wines have been selected to be served by the glass, while more than 2000 bottles from France and elsewhere are offered à la carte.
The cuisine is meant to be bourgeois and gourmet. Puffs and crusts occupy pride of place. The pâté en croute, which no one has the secret to, is at the top of the list, while the vol-au-vent, the house's signature dish, is available according to the seasons. These essential dishes sit next to the delicious pies, and share the stage with the stews, which for their part, are the promise of slowly prepared dishes with comforting notes. Finally, the timeless ones highlight the great classics, executed with care and precision, highlighting the authentic flavors of refined, traditional cuisine.
On the threshold of 195 rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the place immerses its guests in the refined and noble world of oenology.
A privileged place for meeting between oenology and gastronomy, the restaurant can be completely privatized for up to 50 people in a formula with a standing aperitif accompanied by a seated lunch or dinner. Total privatization is also possible as part of a cocktail dinner for up to 100 people.
Also book Les 110 de Taillevent for lunch or dinner. A semi-privatized space is then available to you. This formula is aimed at groups of 8 to 50 people.
Restaurant open Monday to Friday for lunch (12 p.m. - 14:30 p.m.) and dinner (19 p.m. - 22:30 p.m.). Saturdays and Sundays for dinner (19 p.m. to 22:30 p.m.).
